The StGuchi Keyper P500 is a push-pull smart lock that steps up from the P100 by adding palm vein recognition alongside face recognition — giving you two of the most secure biometric methods available on a single panel lock. Seven ways to unlock in total: palm vein (up to 100 users), face recognition (up to 100 users), fingerprint (up to 100 entries), PIN password (up to 100 entries), RFID card (M1, up to 100 cards), mechanical key, and remote app unlock via the Tuya Smart app. The system supports a combined total of 250 users across all methods — 10 administrator profiles (IDs 00–09) and 240 regular users — with a 600-entry operation record for full access visibility.

The P500 includes a digital door view screen and built-in intercom and doorbell — so you can see, speak to, and decide whether to admit a visitor without touching the door. Security is reinforced with a virtual password function (add decoy digits before or after your real PIN, up to 16 digits total) and an automatic 360-second lockout after 5 consecutive failed unlock attempts, with the owner notified instantly via app. Temporary passwords generated through the Tuya app can be set as one-time codes (valid for 6 hours) or time-limited codes valid for any custom period — ideal for guests, cleaners, or short-term tenants.

Power comes from a rechargeable lithium battery — no disposable batteries to replace, just charge via Type-C when needed. A low battery warning fires at 25% with roughly 50 unlocks still remaining, and the Type-C emergency port lets you power the lock from a portable battery if it runs completely flat. The Tuya Smart app gives you remote lock and unlock from anywhere, a full 24/7 unlocking record log with user-linked entries, and member management restricted to the administrator account for security.
