1. ABOUT US
Locks 'n More is a Malaysian security specialist retailer established in 2011. We supply and install digital door locks, grille locks, and home safes across Malaysia. Our website is operated on Shopify and serves customers nationwide.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using this website, placing an order, or engaging with our services (including via social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. PRODUCTS & PRICING
- All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of SST where applicable.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you will be charged.
- Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may differ slightly in colour or finish.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.
4. ORDERS & PAYMENT
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or approval of an instalment plan.
- We accept payment via credit/debit card, online banking (FPX), and approved 0% easy payment plans.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued.
5. INSTALLATION
- Free installation is provided within our standard service areas. Coverage and scheduling details will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
- Installation is carried out by our trained technicians. You are responsible for ensuring site access and that the door or safe location is ready for installation.
- Any additional works required beyond standard installation (e.g. door modifications, additional drilling) may incur extra charges, which will be quoted in advance.
- Installation slots are subject to availability and are scheduled after payment confirmation.
6. WARRANTY
- Warranty terms vary by brand and product. Specific warranty details are stated on individual product pages.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, power surges, incorrect installation by third parties, or physical damage.
- Warranty claims must be directed to Locks 'n More. We will liaise with the brand or manufacturer on your behalf where applicable.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery/installation, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Installed products cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval.
- We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases on installed items.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and graphics — is the property of Locks 'n More or our respective brand partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.
9. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS & TIKTOK
We maintain a presence on third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Content shared on these platforms is subject to the respective platform's terms of service. Our use of TikTok's API is solely for the purpose of managing and publishing our own business content. We do not use third-party platform integrations to collect user data beyond what is necessary for operating our business account.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Locks 'n More shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service.
11. PRIVACY
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy at locksnmore.com.my/policies/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
