BOLTPro Arc Palm ID & Face ID Push Pull Lock

The BoltPro Arc Smart Lock brings 3D Face ID, palm vein recognition, dual AI cameras and a live video intercom together in one slim, premium body. Walk up and the lock recognises your face in an instant; for everyone else there's palm vein, fingerprint, PIN code, RFID card, the Tuya WiFi app and a mechanical emergency key. A 4.5-inch HD interior screen lets you see exactly who's at the door, while the front AI animation screen adds a lively animated display.

Access is built for a busy household. The Arc stores up to 100 faces, 50 palm veins, 100 fingerprints, 200 PIN codes and 200 RFID cards. Pair it with the Tuya app over 2.4G WiFi for remote unlocking, live monitoring, temporary PINs and two-way video intercom from anywhere. A 13-key backlit keypad, card sensing up to 30mm and human-presence detection up to 1.2m make everyday entry quick and effortless, and the fully automatic lock secures the door every time it closes.

Behind the glass, a 5000mAh rechargeable lithium battery charges directly through the rear Type-C port in about 6–8 hours — no removal needed — with smart power-saving and a low-battery alert. If the battery ever runs flat, an anti-jam motor, 2 physical emergency keys and a front Type-C USB jumpstart (5V/2A) keep you covered — simply power the lock from any USB power bank to get in. The internal press-to-rotate deadbolt knob helps prevent children from accidentally locking themselves out, while the ultra-slim profile solves the classic double-door problem — fitting neatly where a gate door and a wooden door sit close together, on doors from 38–120mm thick.
